Now we gotta implement standarts for RGB control. I'm so glad for rule enforced standarts, else we'd still have a new charger cable with each new phone, like back in those days. well it's convenient for them, because they earn a whole lot more if they sell stuff that's only compatibel with their own stuff.

Too bad manufacturers see "convenience" as having only proprietary stuff. Proprietary anything is the killer of convenience.

Heh! You know, Tt could make things a WHOLE LOT easier by making a controller for the fans that has a RGB in and a PWM in header! Heck they could even sell that thing as an upgrade to the existing fans and people would happily buy it, but noooo we gotta use their "specialised" Software that causes alot of frustration as far as i've seen. Maybe there’s a update from Thermaltake or Gigabyte on its way soon that will make it all kick in but as for now it’s a thumbs down. I’ve just come on here searching to see if there’s anybody that’s got it working but can’t find a shred of evidence to support it. When you open fusion you can’t access anything to do with the Riing fans (its greyed out). Any other advice on getting RGB fusion to work?ģ.I have a set of the very same fans and a gigabyte X299 gaming 7 and I can confirm that it doesn’t work or not yet anyway. Any advice on how to get the firmware update to actually work?Ģ. Put a fresh windows install on extra space on my hard drive just so I can see if there's some software conflict causing me problemsġ. If I try to use both graphics cards at once (3060 ti upper PCIE slot, 1660 super lower slot), RGB Fusion recognizes neither of the cards, but if I just put the 1660 super into the same bottom slot, it detects it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AORUS engine and RGB Fusion a few times, updated the BIOS on the GPU, and tried to update the firmware that claims to help with RGB Fusion support, but it errors out every time (see attached photo). It was so fast I couldn't tell if it still thought my old card was there or what happened. When I first installed the card RGB fusion had some weird command window that popped up that seemed to remove the GPU icon from the window. GPU: Previously Gigabyte GTX 1660 super (3 fan, not OC), now Gigabyte RTX 3060 ti Master Storage: WD SN550 500gb NVME SSD boot drive, Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM008 HDD Storage Drive RAM: 2x16 G skill RGB + 2x8 G skill 2133 MHz no XMP My RGB Fusion 2.0 will not pop up with anything that lets me control my gigabyte RTX 3060 ti master.
