

This despite the fact that right now the banner at the top says "Last backup " which is correct. No matter what I say or do, if I do nothing or I do something, TI's response is the same: Start Over From A Full Backup Again. It also happens if I change the schedule so that the next backup is, say, an hour from now. It also happens if I just wait until next week. This happens if I manually say "back up now". Invariably, on the next backup after a fail, it starts over and does a full backup. But I can't figure out how to make it do a differential backup. When this happens and I discover it, I would like to fix the problem and then perform the missed differential backup. A red "x" appears to note this if you open the main interface. Every once in a while, for various reasons that are not the program's fault, TI2017 cannot reach the drive it is supposed to back up onto, and the backup fails.

Hello, I have True Image 2017. I do a full backup followed by 6 differential backups followed by a full backup.
